Your unique response to nutrients
The nutrient core report recognises the uniqueness of your response to foods that is otherwise difficult to pin point and can be associated with low grade inflammation. Knowing key foods that might trigger inflammation is a key factor in optimising health.
The report enables us to personalise your diet to meet your unique vitamin requirements as we understand how efficiently your body is likely to convert them into their active form to be used at a cellular level. It also helps us identify how efficient your body is likely to be at absorbing, transporting and recognising key nutrients providing core knowledge needed to adapt your food choices to be most effective.
Another key aspect reflected in the report is the ability to understand the genetics of your metabolism, allowing you to adapt and refine food choices even more.
With this report you are focusing on the core nutrients for health.

How will I experience this package?
Every package is priced to include the time we spend together and the time I spend evaluating your results and producing your bespoke reports(s) and program.
The grid below indicates the flow of our time together so you can see what is 'going on' at each stage of the program.
Some of these stages you will be more active in; whilst in others it is my turn to be squirrelling away evaluating and designing; preparing for our next contact point while you are putting some early recommendations into action.
You can rest assured that my attention is on your goals and your results. Together we are building a program you can use to grow your knowledge and health. The program will be bespoke to you.

1
Introductory Call
Up to 30 minutes to discuss your goals, agree the most relevant nutrigenomics reports and questionnaires required. We will also agree how our partnership will work and how to exchange information during our time together.

4
Initial Consultation
At our initial 1 hour consultation (Zoom or face to face) we begin the process of understanding the food and lifestyle changes likely to have the greatest impact on your health. We ensure that the basic fundamentals are in place while we await the test kit, and/or the test results.

7
Results Consultation
At your 45 min results consultation (Zoom or face to face) we discuss the key findings that are relevant to your health concern or goals right now. I will explain how the findings relate to your health, and to the program I have designed.
Together we discuss how to make the changes necessary in steps that you are comfortable with.

2
Food Diary
I will ask you to complete a 5 day food diary to include at least one weekend day.
I may ask you to send photos, or ask you to keep photos of your food intake during this time.
You pay for your package in advance by bank transfer.

5
DNA test
You may receive your test kit in advance, around the same time or after the initial consultation. That's fine.
Go ahead and complete the mouth swab and send your DNA test back to Lifecode Gx®.
(Results are usually returned within 2-3 weeks.)

8
Final Report(s) & Program
I will tweak the initial program (approx 30 mins to 1 hour), recommending supplements where food changes are unlikely to be sufficient.
You will receive digital copies of your Nutrient Core report & Vertical Health Evaluation & Recommendations Program.
You are off on your way! Please feel free to request future follow ups as required.

2
Questionnaire(s)
Along with the food diary, you complete the clinical nutrition questionnaire(s), sign and return the engagement letter and nutrigenomics consent forms. Once I receive these I begin my evaluations and order the DNA test pack.
(1-1.5 hours)

6
Results Evaluation
Test results are released to me through the practitioner portal. I then complete a thorough evaluation and translate the results into a Vertical Health report bespoke to your concerns. This is how I prepare for your results consultation and it usually takes around 1 hour.

9
Follow Up Call
I will always follow up with either an email or call where supplements have been recommended.
This is necessary to ensure that the program continues to be appropriate and to enable you to adapt your regime as you see improvements.
I also like to hear how you are doing!
