You

You're ready...

You've reached that point.  You're ready to understand your health journey and ready to investigate all of the potential influences on your long-term wellbeing, however loosely aligned you feel that they might be.  You want a prevention-led approach that is uniquely tailored to you. To achieve your goals we will gather all the information we can to create the truest picture of what might be influencing your health.

You are ready to consider all aspects of your life and health experiences to date, in the knowledge that our relationship is one of strict confidentiality but more than that, one of openness and honesty. I will be equally honest with you if I feel we are stalling or if I feel that there might be another approach more suited to you.

You are willing to share your goals, expectations, and any potential obstacles to success with me. You're also willing to commit to change.

You are ready to be objective and to be challenged, occasionally!   I would ask that you also be ready to challenge me if you feel we are off course(!).  After all, this is a partnership and we are working together to optimise your wellbeing.
